Clean Fill
Uncontaminated soil and dirt, free of debris and plants. No rubbish, though some roots and turf are fine.
Concrete
Dispose of concrete, bricks and roof tiles. No rubbish. Ceramic tiles $100 extra.
General
Everyday household rubbish like furniture and packaging. No concrete. No soil. No ceramic tiles. No hardwood. No renovation waste. Book Mixed / Heavy for that. Or Light Construction, if there are no tiles, hardwood, soil, concrete or rolls of carpet and underlay.
Mixed / Heavy
Mix of all of the above. Concrete, bricks, green waste, clean fill, general waste, household clean-ups and renovation rubbish. Ceramic tiles and hardwood accepted. The 8m takes no soil, concrete or besser blocks.
Light Construction
Light waste from building and renovation jobs: timber, plasterboard, flooring, metal and glass. Rubbish from the job is fine. No tiles. No soil. No concrete. No hardwood. No rolls of carpet and underlay.

How much is a skip bin on the northside?

The same as anywhere in our area, with nothing added for the distance. General waste runs from $310 for a 2m to $860 for an 8m.

What if my load is soil or concrete?

Book it on its own, as clean fill or concrete and brick. About one bin in five booked online on the northside is soil or concrete, double our average.

How much soil fits in a 6m?

Up to 6,000kg. A 6m clean fill bin is $720, or $770 with the drop-down door.

What about rubbish mixed with rubble?

That's mixed and heavy, a third of the bins booked here. General waste is another third. Mixed and heavy loads split almost evenly between the 3m, 4m and 6m. They cost $545, $660 and $860, with room for 3,000kg, 4,000kg and 6,000kg.

Is a permit needed on the northside?

No. Our bins go on your own property, like your driveway, so there's no permit for you to get.

How long can I keep a bin on the northside?

You get the week, then each extra day is $33 on a 2m to 4m and $55 on a 6m or 8m. Most northside hirers book the pick-up within the week.
